MONEY STEALING ATM AND UNCARING BANK REPS WITH NO HELP OFFERED
Your ATM took $500 of mine, the bank manager Victoria was very rude to me and said she couldn't help me that you don't service your own machines and refused to give me a number to who handled your ATM. There was no number on the machine and that machine didn't say it was out of money and i went through the whole process, it gave me my card and a receipt and NO MONEY.
That was my rent money and I have no idea where or who to go to. No one at the bank offered me suggestions or gave me any numbers to help me. This is my rent money and if I don't get this settled asap I will be homeless. But why should she care.
She's got a home. I need help and don't know where to go. I have called your customer service numbers and no one will let me talk to a supervisor. They tell me the supervisor wants to know what I want b4 they will talk to me.
Must be close to quitting time. The girl was rude and she refused to give me a employee number but her name was Amanda and she said the 2 supervisors that were talking to her were namedRoy and Jerome. But neither got on the phone and and she hung up on me. Your customer service sux and if I lose my money.
The news will hear about it. The machine is on your property there has had to be issues in the past and some way to deal with with out me waiting 2-3 months CONTACT ME ...ELIZABETH PETERS 832-597-****c

Someone made fraudulent charges on my account with way2go card info that was gotten offline totaling up 710.85 and the company place the wrong balance that they made up stating they owed and said they didn't see any fraud after reviewing my account which you could clearly see there was fraud done but for some odd reason they don't see it, so I went to check company reviews and found out they are frauds, and they allow a lot of fraudulent activity in your account and won't pay back, so I have now gotten an attorney because I'm not allowing them to get away with stealing from me. Please don't ever use this card or allow them to give you one because they're going to steal your money and try to make it look like nothing. They will eventually be exposed, but until then don't accept anything from them or connected to them

Emergency- Problem with Direct Express
Good afternoon,
My name is Tiffany Sessoms and I am reaching out to you concerning this urgent matter for my mother Brenda Mullen. It has been almost two weeks of trying to contact the Norfolk Virginia location.
We have not had any luck. We were reaching out to them because Direct Express is holding my mothers check because they said she needs to be verified by social security. She is being threatened to get evicted from her and lose her transportation and insurance. She is a 70yr old dialysis patient and social security is her only source of income.
She has tried several times to verify herself with certified id, birth certificate, and social security card. She will lose everything if she cannot get this resolved. Please help!!
Please help, we have exceeded all options. Thank and I look forward to a speedy response.

They're too stupid to answer a phone
Preferred solution: I want my money directly deposited to my paypal account. I changed my direct deposit but social security says I have to wait 2-3 months. I desire no further association with this bank and for my funds to go to my paypal account IMMEDIATELY.

Why does the date 17 to 20 days to get a debit card?

Tax refund went to a closed acct.
User's recommendation: Comerica bank is very difficult to contact. A manager of a local branch sent $1000 to my old apartment complex after I called and told him I had moved out and not to send any more rent. But he went ahead and sent it anyway. And I cannot reach anyone.
