Comerica Bank - Pardon me, but, Your customer service sucks.
Three telephone calls today were individually disconnected when I was urgently attempting to pay my Wells Fargo mortgage.
The only way I was able to pay part of it was to execute a
cash withdrawal which my banker at Wells Fargo was able
to execute.
I need to learn how to withdraw sums of money from my account with you incredibly incompetent and rude telephone system.
The individuals with whom I spoke were all seemingly very pleasant but each either hung up on me or had your blasted
telephone system interrupt the call.
Waiting most of an hour, three times. is the most terrible customer service I have ever received.
And why I should have to pay to speak with a human being is
deplorable.
Please tell me which US government department I can write or email to to express my dissatisfaction with you institution.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $100.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
