I feel I have been wronged to an extent
- - Accidentally placed a bet; only intended to bet on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and requested a $25 refund within 15 minutes via chat.
Earlier THIS morning I accidentally place a bet on a game. I had no intentions on facing a bit on any game.
The only game I place a bet on is the football Tampa buccaneers they're not playing. I went the right directions so I thought and spoke to a couple of live chat agents. Which gave me the runaround. prior to speaking to these agents and let me add it was within 15 minutes of me placing the bed for sure cuz I went to them immediately.
And as I proceeded I read that if a bet is placed on by mistake you can get your money back as a refund if you contact support within the 15 minutes in the game did not start. Well since I meet all these requirements.
So since I meet the requirements to get a refund for my $25. Why is it so hard to get it?

People from United Arab Emirates, Kenya, China, Philipines, all over the United States have withdrawn money from my social security account, I have tried to dispute it called put on hold, hung up on etc. Called federal reserve and everybody in every government office, never have returned my money or my son who is mentally incapacitated.
There is more, fraud is rampant in my family. All government officials when trying to explain to them she has had the same thing happen to her. All my childres and hers data has been breached. Explained to Biden/Harris administration and Trump/Vance administration.
Have lost all believe and trust in all of them. They are all in the same category as far as I'm concerned. I do not know where President Trump is living but where I'm living the gasoline went up, the eggs and food costs are the same.
So where he is getting these 2 items went down I do not know, maybe I should move there. Thanks, Pam W.W.non

I get a disability check and I needed to withdraw funds to pay bills before my phone service is discontinued an can't pay my other bills and I have been given the run around unable to connect with any management from comercia bank that out a block on my transactions unable to get any support and I need a new card still no help

When my auto pay comes out 3rd each month and they decided last month to take it out before ssi deposit on 3rd. .59 cents over drawn they charged me 34 dollars.
I've transferred money to my account and it is added to my available account then they over draft me. They are into me for at least 1500 dollars over 2 years. When a comoany charges me no permission then puts the money back same day or next they would not remove fees. The main office hung up on me.
I live on ssi.. they have cost me so much.
Rude... mom carying.

Debit card issues
Today I tried talking to an agent about replacing my Direct Express debit card. And the agent hung up on me while I was talking to him about getting a replacement debit card.
Resolved: Can't make a transaction on my new direct Express card
- - Online checkout won't accept the new card.
- - The new card hasn't been used since the old card was canceled, and the ATM declined it due to ICC.
Purchase a new card tried to add my new card number to purchase a item online but it would not let me add the new card number so I went to the United Bank ATM in thomaston and it declined my new card because of ICC but I have never used my new card because I just had cancel my old card and they sent me the new card
Reset password code online banking
- - The online app forces monthly password changes and a one-time login that locks me out, and I’ll close my account by year-end if not fixed.
Everytime I use the online app it's a problem with the bank I have to change my password every month. I get a one time use and then I'm locked out .
I had problems with this bank since day one .
And I'll be closing my account by the end of the year . It they don't fix the problem.
